Fuzzy logic in the strategic analysis: impact of the external factors over business

Abstract: To assess the impact's external factors over the economical and financial business structure has been a investigation subject approached from subjective perspectives. The article aims to showing a new technical procedure to move subjective analysis into objective information. We are considering that size and sector business are important in this analysis. These items are fundamental in the decision making for the governments in each country. The fuzzy logic through the forgotten effects emerges as a powerful tool to analyse the enterprises and consider those factors that nowadays have been overlooked. In order to consolidate this theory a business simulation, describing all outcomes and conclusions generated by the analysis, is shown.
