Abstract: The tumour samples with significant level of gene expression, among the samples taken for study, were identified. Genes were obtained by molecular definition of prostate cancer. Genes that cause malignancy in case of prostate cancer were selected from among these genes during this study. Few genes present which showed a high expression level for genes in the tumour samples in comparison to the normal samples were identified. These genes were also found to be distinct. These genes can be used for further studies and for obtaining possible treatments alternative for the disease.
