Abstract: This study applies the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) based on health belief model to explore the key factors affecting the Behavioural Intention (BI) of using telehomecare. This study interviewed 369 samples in Taiwan. The results suggest that the most effective method to enhance the BI of using telehomecare is to improve the perceived benefits for potential users. The application of ANN is also proven to be feasible in analysing the BI of using telehomecare. The contributions of this study include modelling and identifying the key factors for both practical and management aspects. These findings may serve as a reference to future studies.
