R&D project selection in Hong Kong, Korea and Japan

Abstract: Growth of technology in small industries of a developing country is essential to the economy of the country. Due to the lack of resources in small industries, the selection of R&D projects must be carefully evaluated. This paper illustrates the important factors for the selection of research and development projects, and their relationships to technology innovation in the Asian countries.
