Organizing high-technology operations for success

Abstract: The challenge for the management of high-technology operations is to develop technologies for efficiently adapting to change. The development of a management technology for high-technology begins by rethinking basic concepts such as structure, process, interdependence, interdependence uncertainty, and organizational complexity. The author outlines ''organizational audit and analysis'' as a model for organizing high-technology operations.
