Abstract: Large-scale system control becomes more and more important in modern society. In this paper, we correct a modelling error in an example system used by some key literatures in this area and redesign the required controller based on the existing theorems and some new techniques. This opens a possibility that based on this example system and its extension, to formulate some benchmark problems to stimulate a wide research interest in large-scale system control.
