Abstract: One of the ways to evaluate the material's machinability by electrical discharge machining is based on the quantity of material removed from the test piece through a single electrical discharge. Relatively simple equipment able to allow the evaluation of machinability on the basis of the above-mentioned principle has been built and used for experiments.
