Making artworks and performance based on augmented reality

Abstract: The modern art is being reinterpreted as the new area as applying the various technologies and the digital contents applying them. In this article, we discuss the problems which have been visualised in the process of applying the visual effects by using the augmented reality as the alternative methods and the artistic results. Augmented reality is expanding the area of the application through various experiments. Furthermore, this technology can be positively utilised in the artistic spaces because its principle of the representing is similar to several expressing principles of art such as the metaphor and the comparison by the imagination. Accordingly, this article is willing to find out the applications in the actual artistic space and artistic values which can be deduced from the applied results.
