Children's Environmental Health National Profile: a multisectorial stakeholder collaboration experience in Argentina

Abstract: The Profile of Children's Environmental Health (CEH) in Argentina is a collective publication developed by the Ministry of Health of Argentina, Argentine Society of Paediatrics (SAP), Argentine Association of Doctors for the Environment and the Canadian Institute of Child Health with support from the Canadian International Development Agency. The aim of the Profile is to present an evidence-based picture of the state of CEH in Argentina. This article discusses the importance of tailoring efforts for children, explains the process undertaken to develop the resource and provides an overview of what is contained in the final document.
