Innovative sheet metal-forming processes

Abstract: The paper gives an overview about current research activities at the Institute of Forming Technology and Lightweight Construction in the field of innovative sheet metal-forming processes – hot sheet metal, electromagnetic, sheet metal hydro- and incremental forming – regarding to realise lightweight constructions of modern sheet metal parts and flexible forming processes.
