Learning levels of collective learning mechanism in industrial cluster
by Mo Li, Hu Haoyi, Sun Wenbin
International Journal of Human Resources Development and Management (IJHRDM), Vol. 8, No. 1/2, 2008

Abstract: From the research on three learning levels, vertical angle, horizontal angle and auxiliary service environment, the author establishes a space model and explains that the speed of cluster learning is in connection with the transmission path of knowledge determined by members of clusters, and draws the conclusion that for the learning mechanism, a knowledge bank should be built and enriched, and an open learning network should be formed so as to realise knowledge innovation. Then, the author probes into the learning mechanism in a relatively all-around way, and establishes the learning level model of Wuhan Optics Valley.
