Abstract: The purpose of this study is to compare gender differences in evaluating the standards of e-learning courses. Focus group interview and the content analysis method are used to collect data and develop items. Then the Analytical Hierarchy Process is used to analyse the data. According to the results, there are some differences in items evaluation. Measuring and comparing the gender differences in e-learning courses can be used to help businesses select good e-learning courses, provide some evaluation standards base for the human resource department and improve appropriateness of training in companies.
