Abstract: Results of simulation and material research presented in this paper take advantage of bone cement in orthopedic surgery. One of the methods of thermal analysis (Dynamic Mechanical Thermal Analysis) of materials has taken advantage in research of the polymer materials. They used the engineering ADINA software, which let at assigned waterside and initial conditions in simulation research to estimate stress which occurs in bone cement area and to determine the values of stress change in case of changes in strength as a result of the increase in temperature in cement working area. For the empirical tests the commercial acryl cement CEMEX RX was used. They used only effects because of one's complexity and the mark of complicating from the application to the simulation, only effects received after fully examining and the analysis it will be possible to be accepted to clinical tests.
