Report of racial and digital disparities in web-based health information

Abstract: The objective of this study was to examine how racial and ethnic characteristics are associated with access to computers, the internet and online health information. Using stratified survey data and binary logistic regression, we examine the persistence of the digital divide and implications for digitally underserved groups.
