Abstract: Traditional single-supply and single-logistics centre optimal storage models under non-storage restriction have been well studied. However, solutions to multisuppliers' storage problem under capability restriction are not well addressed yet in literature. This research focuses on the mixed integer optimal storage model for multisuppliers' storage problem under capability restriction by considering a variety of logistics expenses. The logistics expenses under consideration in this paper are essentially composed of basic order, individual order and storage expenses. An algorithm is proposed for the realisation of minimal cost under the defined circumstance. A computation example is given to show the validity of the proposed algorithm.
