Abstract: Two-phase swirling flows finishing is put forward mainly for hole surface. By theoretical analysis and experimental research, the characteristics of compulsive swirling flows field will directly affect the finishing quality and efficiency. On the basic premise of defining κ-ε model on swirling flows field, numerical simulation of velocity vector graph, streamline graph and pressure distribution graph are made with different characteristic parameters of nozzle number, nozzle spiral lift angle, axes coordinate of the part and original condition of power fountain. Finally, simulation result is contrasted with the experimental data, which illustrates the feasibility of the process and provides credible theoretical basis for thorough research.
