Abstract: Based on liquidity, a concept widely used in financial marketplaces, we have developed measures for Business-to-Business (B2B) e-marketplaces. This exploratory study employed Nominal Group Technique to generate 17 metrics. To get an overall view for these e-marketplaces, users can specify their own weights to create a weighted average score. To demonstrate how to create a weighted average score, this study used Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to generate relative weights of these metrics and demonstrate how to use these metrics on three B2B e-marketplaces. We conclude that our proposed liquidity measurement will offer a greater understanding about B2B e-marketplaces performance.
