Abstract: This study adopts transformational leadership as an antecedent variable to explore and examine its correlation to school culture and school effectiveness. K-means cluster analysis and regression analysis were utilised. Data was collected from 647 school teachers and from 15 schools in Taiwan. Results show that there is a relationship among three dimensions. Limitations of this study are also presented.
