Very high speed micromachining of electrical materials

Abstract: The advent of micro electro mechanical systems has created a demand for high precision functional products at the microscale. Machining processes must be scaled down accordingly. This paper explains the mechanics of micromachining and how it can be applied to machining electrical engineering materials.
