Abstract: It is the policy of Inderscience Publishers to retract from publication any paper if, subsequent to publication, it becomes a matter of dispute regarding intellectual property, publishing ethics or legal issues. Each case is judged according to individual circumstances. In this case, the paper " An empirical investigation into organisation cyber security readiness from the IT employee and manager perspectives “ published in EG Vol 19 No 5, 2023, has substantial similarities to already published works, which deems it liable to conflict and ethical dispute. This paper has therefore been retracted.
