Abstract: With the development of China's economy and the improvement of living standards, people have paid unprecedented attention to the quality of life and health, and healthy food and functional food are extremely vigorous in the food industry. With the continuous development of science and technology, nanoscale substances are increasingly favoured by scholars because of their advantages such as small size effect and surface effect. Nano-liposome technology is a liposome technology with phospholipid bilayer biofilm structure, which embeds active substances to improve bioavailability and maintain its original performance. Lipid nanocarriers can be widely used in food because of their good physical and chemical stability, biocompatibility and biodegradability. This paper analyses the present situation, gap and technical requirements of nano-lipid functional food in China, studies the influence of nano-lipid functional food on sports health industry, and puts forward the development ideas and key tasks of nano-lipid functional food.
