Abstract: Sports biomechanics is a basic theoretical discipline of physical education. As far as its knowledge system is concerned, it is of great value to the teaching and practice of physical education as well as to the transmission of scientific concepts of physical education. From the point of view of biomechanics, this paper does a bit of work for the further study of sports biomechanics in this respect. Simplify the human body or part of the human body appropriately, and establish various mathematical, mechanical and anatomical models. Combining medical rehabilitation methods with sports biomechanics, explore the mechanical basis of prevention and exercise rehabilitation of sports injuries in physical education and training. The muscle strength of each muscle group was simulated by automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical system (ADAM) software. When the initial excitation drops to zero, the muscle strength of the muscle reaches a minimum. With the decline of muscle strength, the muscle strength of the quadriceps muscle is only 35% of normal muscle strength. While studying bones, we must not forget the muscles and joints in the basic composition of the human motor system. There is an intrinsic and complementary relationship between bone and bone health.
