Abstract: This study was to analyse the application of neurotrophic factor (NTF) combined with ordered collagen modified material (OCMM) (taking graphene oxide (GO) as example) modified nanofibre stent (NFS) in the recovery of exercise ability of patients with peripheral nerve transection (PNT). The graphene NFS was prepared by dissolving the graphite powder to prepare graphene nanomaterials by ultrasonic and centrifugal treatment methods. It showed that the NFS was successfully modified and had good mechanical properties, hydrophilicity, and biocompatibility. In addition, the nanofibre material (NFM) can effectively enhance the migration and proliferation of neuronal cells, thereby promoting nerve regeneration and exercise recovery in patients with nerve injury.
