Abstract: In cloud, data communication is performed among the servers and cloud users where security plays a major role for protecting the data from unauthorised users. The several techniques have been developed to provide the security for cloud data. But, it failed to consider both data security as well as load balancing in cloud. This is the major concern in decreasing the growth of cloud computing. A self adaptive random generated certificateless signcryption identity based weighted heuristic search load balancing (SARGCSI-WHSLB) technique for improving the load balancing efficiency with higher security in cloud data access is proposed. This technique performs the encryption and signature verification process where only the authorised cloud user accesses the data from the cloud server. Based on the results and discussions, SARGCSI-WHSLB technique improved the data security as well as load balancing efficiency in cloud environment than the other methods.
