Abstract: The research aims to examine the anti-bribery information effect on ASEAN firm performance and investigate the role of women on boards moderate the effect of anti-bribery on firm performance of ASEAN mining companies. The research sample is the ASEAN mining firm period 2017-2019. The study is a quantitative empirical study and we used STATA tools to run the panel data regression technique. Non-financial data such as anti-bribery disclosure and the proportion of women on boards are collected from the annual report. Financial data such as corporate performance (ROA, ROE and Tobin's Q) and control variables are obtained from Thomson and Reuters datasets. The research found that anti-bribery disclosure had a negative effect on operational performance (ROA) and market performance (Tobin's Q), but had no effect on financial performance (ROE). The result also found that the presence of women strengthened the negative relationship of anti-bribery disclosure on financial performance (ROA) in ASEAN mining companies.
