Investigating the relationship between spiritual intelligence, emotional regulation and stress coping strategies in the Russian education industry

Abstract: Education industry employees, especially nurses, are an important part of any community due to their services to students. Therefore, special attention must be paid to their job performance, and factors affecting the improvement of teachers' performance must be identified and reinforced. Given the importance of the subject, the present study aimed to evaluate the relationship between spiritual intelligence, emotional regulation and stress-coping strategies in the education industry of Kazan, Russia in 2021. The research was correlational in terms of methodology, and the statistical population included 2,000 teachers of Kazan, 322 of whom were selected by simple random sampling method based on the Krejcie and Morgan table. Data were collected using standard questionnaires. According to the results, there was a positive significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and emotional regulation (T = 0.03, P = 0.783) and stress-coping strategies (T = 0.01, P = 0.822) of teachers. In addition, a significant correlation was found between emotional regulation and stress-coping strategies (T = 0.01, P = 0.881).
