Abstract: Green buildings refer to buildings that are environmentally friendly and sustainable. Sustainability indicators are a measure of sustainability. The MCDM method is a multi-standard decision-making method. Before the construction of green buildings, it is necessary to evaluate the sustainability of the scheme in combination with specific methods. This paper aims to use the MCDM method to evaluate the sustainability index of three different green building construction projects. This paper establishes a sustainability evaluation index system, uses the analytic hierarchy process to construct a judgement matrix, and converts descriptive functional goals into quantitative values. Through the MCDM method, to analyse and verify the effect of the system under the premise of ensuring certain functions, lower energy consumption and cost can be obtained, and the green building design concept can be realised, so as to achieve the effect of scientific decision-making on different green building schemes. This paper has established a sustainability evaluation system for green buildings, which contains 33 indicators, which includes six first-level indicators and 26 second-level indicators that meets the main sustainability criteria. This article selects the best plan through a multi-attribute decision-making method.
