Abstract: This paper proposes the sustainable design of rural landscape based on the perspective of rural revitalisation. The purpose is to maximise the preservation of the original rural landscape while developing the economy under the current rural revitalisation background in China, and to develop the application of low-carbon technology to help the dual-carbon goal. This paper also proposes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory and low-carbon technical characteristics evaluation indicators for evaluating rural landscapes. The purpose is to find out whether the construction of rural landscapes and existing agricultural production meet low-carbon standards. The experimental research results found that in terms of time, the degree of low carbon is getting higher and higher, and by 2018 it has reached 0.876. In agricultural production, the degree of low-carbon control of Platycodon grandiflorum treatment and fertiliser types is the highest, reaching above 0.8.
