Rank agreement factor and percentage rank agreement factor were used to measure the agreement of the importance ranking. The results revealed improve work quality, improve overall project delivery, increase long-term productivity, reduce wastages of construction materials and improve workmanship. These arise from improvement on organisational productivity, performance and profitability.
