Abstract: Selecting the right suppliers is one of the key success factors of procurement management. The present study aimed to provide a decision support model in evaluating suppliers in three stages. In the first stage, supplier selection criteria have listed by a systematic review and then, using fuzzy Delphi (FD), eight criteria have selected. Following that in the next step, the selected criteria have weighted by the FBWM method. Finally, to model asymmetric fuzzy mathematical programming, the objective function has added to the model as a function of weighted utility and constraints based on the company's expectations in three areas of demand, quality and supplier production capacity. Finally, the model has solved by the Zimmermann method for the largest seat belt manufacturing company in Iran. The presented model is able to determine the supply portfolio by considering the maximum utility of the procurement process and the operational constraints of the buyer.
