Abstract: In order to overcome the problems of the traditional method, such as the evaluation time, the gap between the evaluation result and the actual situation and the poor rationality, an energy saving effect evaluation of nano thermal insulation coating for building exterior wall was proposed. Eviews software is used to fit the energy saving effect factors to establish the energy consumption prediction model of nano thermal insulation coating. AHP method was used to establish the evaluation system of energy saving effect, and a judgement matrix was constructed to determine the importance of the evaluation index and calculate its weight value. The weight calculation result was combined with the expert scoring result to obtain the final evaluation result. The experimental results show that the evaluation time of the proposed method is 1.7-2.2 s, the gap between the evaluation results and the actual is smaller, and the rationality is higher than 93 points.
