Abstract: In order to clarify the corrosion of nano-ceramic coated steel bar, a research method for the corrosion resistance of high-strength nano-ceramic coated steel bar was proposed. First of all, the steel specimens needed for the experiment were selected and the nano ceramic materials were sprayed. Secondly, the polarisation curves, corrosion current density, corrosion amount, tensile properties and surface quality improvement of the two specimens were compared in the salt spray environment. Finally, the research results show that the simulation of salt fog environment, compared with the ordinary steel, high strength nanostructured ceramic coatings reinforcement corrosion current density is lower, and the tensile data and the corrosion loss is far lower than the ordinary reinforced, nanostructured ceramic coatings reinforced the oxide film thickness increased by more than 2 times, can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of steel.
