Abstract: In order to clearly study the influence of nano clay content on the strength of cement concrete, superplasticiser (SP), naphthalene superplasticiser (FDN), polycarboxylic superplasticiser (PC) and aliphatic superplasticiser (SAF) are selected as test reagents, and nano clay with content of 0%, 0.5%, 1% and 1.5% and different kinds of superplasticisers are added to the water cement concrete mixture with water binder ratio of 0.36, The change of concrete cement paste mixed with nano clay is characterised by SEM test method from the micro scale, and the influence law of nano clay content on the compressive strength and flexural tensile strength of cement concrete is obtained. The results show that when the content of nano clay is 1.0%, the compressive strength of concrete reaches the maximum, and when the content of nano clay is 1.5%, the flexural tensile strength of concrete reaches the maximum.
