Abstract: In order to overcome the poor teaching efficiency and quality of traditional English language education mode, this paper puts forward the reform of English language education mode and the analysis of teaching efficiency based on quality function deployment (QFD) theoretical model. According to the narrow QFD concept decomposition flow chart, this paper analyses the needs of different groups, and finds that teachers' teaching attitude and classroom interaction are the important factors affecting the quality of teachers' teaching. Through the calculation of house of quality model, it is concluded that improving the efficiency of English language education is the key to English language education. Taking English language education efficiency as the core module, the reformed model of English language education mode is constructed. The experimental results show that the efficiency of English language education is promoted by 78.48%, and the importance of students' needs is increased by 95%, which proves the effectiveness of the model.
