Abstract: To enhance the practical ability of the new mixture teaching of college English and integrate the teaching resources of blended English, based on internet of things (IoT), a new blended teaching platform is proposed. By constructing a new information fusion model of college English blended teaching resources, the message of college English mixed teaching resources is scheduled, and the model of information mining and feature clustering analysis is constructed. The entropy weight analysis method is used to extract the information characteristics, and the hybrid network embedded design method is used to design and implement the software to optimise the configuration. The simulation results show that the new hybrid college English teaching resource scheduling method can provide good information fusion, and help to improve the output stability and reliability of the teaching platform.
