The effect of knowledge culture on organisational productivity by considering the mediating role of knowledge sharing, competitiveness and organisational innovation

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the effect of knowledge culture on organisational productivity by considering the mediating role of knowledge sharing, competitiveness and organisational innovation in Iran's Mobarakeh Steel Company. It was conducted through descriptive-field-correlational method. The sample size included 395 employees who were selected through stratified random sampling. Researcher's self-made questionnaire was the tool of data collection and the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was obtained equal to 0.809 for the whole questionnaires. The hypotheses were tested by means of structural equation modelling. The findings revealed that, there is a positive relationship between knowledge culture and organisational productivity. It means that knowledge culture is the optimisation process of intellectual capital to achieve organisational purposes and intends to create value from intangible assets of the organisation.
