Abstract: Supply Chains 4.0 result from multiple transformations from Industry 4.0 and provide more significant information agility, data sharing, loss reduction and improved decision-making and customer service. Considering that literature on Supply Chain 4.0 is still quite restricted, this study investigates the advancement of scientific knowledge on this topic through bibliometric indicators of world research published in journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. The results present the journals, countries, topics and studies with the highest impact. Some technologies were further investigated - the Internet of Things, Cloud Computing, and Big Data. Other technologies still need to be better explored: Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. As for future research, there is a need to propose more applied and comprehensive research; study the impact of Industry 4.0 technologies on the supply chain; evaluate the SCM 4.0 implementation process; investigate interoperability and examine cybersecurity.
