Abstract: This article is on the study of factors that influence employee engagement towards the organisation of a Thai university. The quantitative approach was used and the analytical unit applied was at the individual level. The sample group consisted of 2,878 staff members of the university (72.91%) from the overall simple random group of 3,989 cases. The data was collected using the questionnaire from January to February 2018 and analysed by means of descriptive statistics and multiple regression in order to investigate the factors affecting employee engagement. The research results demonstrated that job satisfaction, attitudes towards the job and whereas the length of employment significantly affected employee engagement at the level of 0.05 which were consistent with the research assumption set. All of the independent variables analysed were able to significantly explain the variation of the university's employee engagement at 45.7 (R2 = 0.457) at the level of 0.01.
