Abstract: The purpose of the study is to explore the mediating role of electronic HRM (e-HRM) between effective HR strategies and perceived organisational performance (POP). Supportive HR roles and strategic HR roles have been used as sub-factors of effective HR strategies. In this research, data have been collected from 450 HR professionals working in 112 textile companies in Pakistan by using a survey strategy. The data was analysed by using smart PLS 3.2.8. The results suggested that the supportive HR role and strategic HR role are positively related to perceived organisational performance. The e-HRM also has a direct significant positive relationship with organisational performance. Second, e-HRM does not play a moderating role in the relationship between HR strategic role and perceived organisational performance. Similarly, results showed that e-HRM does not moderate the relationship between supportive HR role and perceived organisational performance.
