Abstract: On the basis of literatures on international entry and business models, this study proposes a dynamic model that focuses on the four innovation elements of a business model to investigate how high-tech manufacturers in emerging markets can integrate their business model innovation through the interactive application of business model innovation and alliances. Regarding theoretical development, this study lists external learning and growing strategies above all, such as the external alliance and network as one of the elements of a business model. The accumulation of external resources is what an enterprise requires to determine its business model innovation as it accesses to an emerging market, and thereby forming a trajectory of dynamic adjustments, which stresses the change in the elements of a business model and the accumulation of external resources simultaneously.
