Socio-economic aspects of innovative enterprises management in a digital agricultural system

Abstract: Social entrepreneurship has become an important issue in entrepreneurship today. The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of social intelligence on social entrepreneurship in a case study. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of nature and method. This paper discusses modern approach to the innovative enterprises management. The study defined main events and phases of the innovation process, and identified their characteristics. The authors take a comprehensive approach to determining the resources of innovative enterprise, as well as pay attention to characteristics of development of the organisational structure of an innovative enterprise.
