Abstract: The change of cellar temperature will have a great impact on the taste of red wine. The existing cellar temperature control methods cannot meet the needs of cellar management. Therefore, this paper designs a wine cellar temperature and humidity regulation system based on the cooperative control of intelligent vehicle and UAV. The system consists of intelligent patrol vehicle terminal, four rotor UAV auxiliary terminals, handheld terminal and intelligent temperature-control device terminal. Compared with the traditional temperature and humidity acquisition methods, the system adopts the mode of UAV and intelligent vehicle, which greatly improves the efficiency and accuracy of data acquisition. The system is equipped with low-power self-charging, and the administrator can view and intervene in the changes of indoor environment in real time. Experimental results show that the system has strong robustness and adaptability, and saves a lot of manpower and material resources.
