Abstract: Supply chain management (SCM) is the integration of key business processes from end-user through supplier in order to provide product and information to customers and other stakeholders. E-business is the application of internet-based tools in order to support business processes. The role of e-business in SCM is gaining greater significance with the advent and growth of information and computer technology (ICT). Hence, an understanding of e-business influencing factors that drive supply chain performance is essential. In the present study, an interpretive structural modelling (ISM) is developed in order to understand the complexity of relationship among these factors and their influence on supply chain performance. Based on the model (ISM), it is witnessed that e-SCM attributes, e-SCM infrastructure, e-inventory management, the supply chain strategy of a firm and SCM benchmarking are the major e-business factors that drive supply chain performance.
