Abstract: This paper aims to offer fresh insights into our understanding of green technology, organisational support and environmental contexts impacts on eco-innovation practices, and sustainable consumption and production in the supply chain. A survey involving managers related to the supply chain of the food industry was carried out to examine hypotheses. The structural equation modelling (SEM) method is applied to analyse the model of the study. The empirical results from the structural model suggest that technology, organisation and environment contexts affect eco-innovation. Furthermore, eco-innovation impacts sustainable consumption and production. These findings provide a guide for managers to leverage the current state of supply chains and move towards a strong social licence to operate.
