International Journal of Environment and Pollution (IJEP), Vol. 68, No. 3/4, 2020

Abstract: With the development of the social economy and the continuous improvement of the market economy system, strengthening human resource management is the key to improving market competitiveness. This paper believes that the development of the production process of an enterprise guides the environmental performance evaluation content of each mode of production differently. Therefore, while using environmental performance to evaluate companies, it is also necessary to examine the evaluation content of corporate environmental performance under different production methods. This paper uses the expert survey method to study the performance evaluation. Two members of the expert group actively hope to obtain economic benefits through environmental protection measures, while other expert members have different opinions on this ratio.
