Employee loyalty on organisational success - an empirical study

Abstract: Job satisfaction and the loyalty of employees are the most important factors for any organisation's survival and development towards organisational success. Financial benefits, organisational commitment and motivation are the loyalty factors used to find the impact of organisational success. This research study is to find the impact of employee loyalty on organisational success. This research reveals that job satisfaction depends on employees' loyalty. The researchers found that the important different criteria for job satisfaction. The researchers also analysed that the various important factors to determine employees' loyalty are current level of pay, job security and followed by appreciation.
