International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Small Business (IJESB), Vol. 44, No. 3, 2021

Abstract: Entrepreneurship is one of the key elements in India's economic and socio-economic growth. In an effort to discover new dimensions of the entrepreneurship process that transforms an idea to reality this study attempts to adopt a qualitative approach to identify the dimensions. The study finds that non-availability of level playing field, opportunity relationship and inadequate tapping of skill set plays significant role during an entrepreneurial action. The final outcome is contingent upon trust and mutual understanding throughout the entire process.
