Abstract: The real estate sector is believed in general, adds efficiency into a country's growth and can aim to disrupt the knowledge management practices to keep abreast of latest trends and better serve the interest of it's stakeholder. However, the prevalent culture of shared vision, trust, motivation, values, and mutual cooperation in the organisation can play a noteworthy role in connecting dots between people and knowledge and unleashing the power of knowledge. This paper examined the influence of organisational culture in promoting knowledge management practices in 136 Indian real estate firms in Delhi and the National Capital Region of India. The result facilitated the knowledge management practices adopted by these companies such as knowledge recording, organisational encouragement, mentoring, interaction platforms and top management support. Further, the role of organisational culture consisting of two independent variables - motivation and knowledge sharing culture on knowledge management practices was tested.
