For this purpose, the role of human resource technology acceptance on business outcomes has been studied. Data collected from 918 executives of Fortune 500 Indian companies through a validated instrument as per Fortune 500 India list 2018. The result proved a significant role of high performance work system as a mediating factor between human resource technology acceptance and business outcomes.
