Abstract: The primary goal of this paper is to examine the effects of workplace conflicts on organisations for their long-term successes. The subject was validated on Arnaoon village's case which is suffering from a high frequency of conflicts in all of its departments and levels. Both qualitative and quantitative data were applied and collected through interviews with the managers and two questionnaires formed by close-ended questions distributed to staff members and clients. The lack of communication was one of the main causes leading to these conflicts, along with the language barriers due to the high percentage of foreign employees. The poor conflict management is making employees demotivated with a low productivity level and poor performance affecting negatively on retaining their customers. This study will help organisations to rethink their resolution strategies according to conflict management in order to respond to the needs of their customers in a professional manner.
